Zigger Hub Private Limited ("ZiggerHub", "we", "us", or "our") operates ziggerhub.com and the ZiggerHub Portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our EV charging infrastructure platform, technician training programs, fleet management tools, and public website.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Authentication Data

We use Auth0 as our identity provider. When you log in or register, Auth0 may collect your email address, name, profile picture, and social login identifiers (e.g., Google OAuth2). We receive a user ID (sub) and audience identifier (aud) from Auth0 upon successful authentication.

2.2 Usage & Transaction Data

• EV charging session details (location, duration, energy dispensed)
• Booking information (date, time slot, charging location)
• Training enrollment data (name, email, phone, organisation)
• Fleet records (vehicle license plates, driver names, routes, earnings, expenses)
• Parking records (driver name, vehicle number, entry/exit times, location)
• Inventory items (purchase price, selling price, descriptions)

2.3 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled via PhonePe Payment Gateway (PPG). We do not store raw card or bank account details. We store order IDs, payment status, and amounts for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

2.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access logs to maintain service security and performance.

• Authenticate and authorise access to our portal and services
• Process EV charging bookings and training enrollments
• Manage and display fleet, parking, and inventory records
• Generate invoices and manage billing
• Send transactional emails and service notifications

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Transaction and fleet records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, role-based access control, JWT-based API authentication, and pincode-protected administrative sections. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions (via Auth0) and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
